She has held my hand throughout the last eight years, helping me to work through, understand and deal with both my childhood and adult trauma. I have also recommended her to dozens of people of all age groups and, in each case, they have come out the other side a much happier, saner and well-balanced individual.

I have no idea of what professional credentials she holds (I’ve never asked but suspect a vast number!) but when people ask me what makes Alexia so unique, my answer is simple: It doesn’t matter what your issues are or how troubled your life is, Alexia just loves you better. Through her unstinting support and love (with a small sprinkling of bulldog-like tenacity), she builds up your self-esteem, makes you realise you are worth it – and teaches you to love yourself, warts and all.
