Online therapy may be helpful with a wide range of issues, including abuse, anxiety, stress, depression, loneliness, relationship problems, self esteem, sexual orientation, bereavement and many more. 

Some issues though, may be better suited to other organisations and face to face therapy/groups. In these cases, I will make every effort to assist you in a referral to a suitable, alternative source of support.
