Yet it’s still perfectly possible for two people to share a desk at work for years and for one to be totally unaware the other has some form of debilitating mental or psychological condition. Unlike most physical illnesses, the signs of poor mental health aren’t always easy to spot.

Our mental health awareness training is designed to give employees and employers the very best chance of being able to spot a colleague in crisis, to know when and how it’s appropriate to intervene and how organisations can support people on their journey back to wellness.

Research consistently shows that proactive prevention is always the best solution to mental wellbeing in the workplace and our training sessions are designed to arm businesses with the knowledge and skills to implement strategies that deliver the best outcomes for people and the organisation.

The Initial Consultation will be free of charge, and lasting up to one hour. Further work can then be carried out at a cost to suit your business needs. We will then have an idea of moving forward and supporting your workforce in various ways.

Potential Workshop duration: 4 hours / 7 hours / 90 minute introductory session. The sessions can be delivered in the workplace in person, or through the Zoom platform.The sessions can be designed specifically to your needs and may include :
