About me
Hello, I’m Alexia, and I’m so glad you’re here. I believe that meaningful change begins with connection — to ourselves, to others, and to the deeper parts of our story.
My journey into this work began at a young age. I’ve always felt a strong empathy for others and a deep curiosity about the human mind — what shapes our emotions, our patterns, and our capacity to heal.
In 2002, I completed a Diploma in Life Coaching, where I met a psychotherapist who inspired me to look more closely at why we feel the way we do, and how we can overcome the conditioning and beliefs that hold us back. This curiosity led me to pursue a Degree in Integrative Counselling in 2003, where, over three formative years, I discovered my true purpose: to support others in understanding themselves, finding clarity, and creating meaningful change. I graduated in 2006 with a deep appreciation for the power of empathy, reflection, and human connection in the healing process.
In 2013, I expanded my learning through Yoga Teacher Training, which deepened my understanding of the mind–body connection. Neuroscience continues to demonstrate how our thoughts, emotions, and physical states are intricately linked. I integrate principles of mindfulness and body awareness into my work, as I believe these practices can help reduce stress, anxiety, and depression, while promoting balance and self-compassion.

With over 20 years of experience, I remain as passionate as ever about walking alongside clients in their personal growth. My learning journey continues as I develop my knowledge in specialised areas of counselling to provide holistic, evidence-based support.
As an Integrative Counsellor, I draw upon a range of therapeutic approaches — including humanistic, psychodynamic, and cognitive perspectives — tailoring my work to suit each individual’s unique needs. At the heart of my practice is creating a safe and supportive space where we can explore, make sense of your experiences, and find the clarity and confidence to move forward.
